At Z Car Garage we welcome more than just Nissans. If it’s fast or we can make it faster, bring it on! We supercharged Michael L’s Ford
Mustang GT almost two years ago using Vortech’s matte black blower kit:

Forced induction is like a drug though and Michael recently came back to ZCG for a few more mods including a cold-air intake and upgraded fuel pump to support more power:

Here is the Vortech fuel pump:

With Rob’s tuning the ‘Stang now makes 564hp and 492tq at the wheels!

The
GreenZ is still eating up tarmac at road courses throughout California with pilot Scott S behind the wheel. Check out the Z’s new look, all part of Scott’s competition in the SPEC Z racing series. The black NISMO front/rear bodywork really adds to the already menacing presence of GreenZ.
Here are a few pictures from a recent track day at Laguna Seca with video on the way, enjoy!

Z Car Garage tuned Patrick C’s 350z last year and back in November he won 1st Place in the RWD Street Class with a time of 2:01.853 at Buttonwillow Raceway. Congratulations Patrick! You can find more race results and check out the competition at redlinetimeattack.com.

Last year Eugene V wanted to start modifying his 350z roadster thereby proclaiming “2013 as the year of his Z”.  Topping the list of upgrades included supercharging the Z. With most forced-induction builds we see customers coming back to upgrade their brakes but Eugene decided to tackle this first in preparation for big power…very wise!

Stoptech big brakes at all 4 corners were installed: ST-40s up front and ST-22s in back.
Stay tuned for more updates as we fulfill Eugene’s New Year’s Resolution of big power and great handling!

Steve S continues his mission to extract as much power as possible from his Vortech supercharged
G35. Our last update netted 548hp/431tq at the wheels but Steve really wanted to push the stock block even further. He sourced an upgraded drive belt to allow a pulley change. He also designed his own cold-air intake with a 4″ inlet plus a massive air filter to improve breathing. Again, this is on 100 octane and ZCG does not advise pushing a stock block this far. Do not try this at home. With the new intake and pulley the G made 572hp/456tq at the wheels!
